Import monthly export

Paste the Talenta export into the ATT_RAW_IMPORT sheet, then import

Open HR Data Core → ATT_RAW_IMPORT, paste the full Talenta attendance export (headers in row 1), then click Import. The engine classifies every scheduled day and rolls up the month.

Release

Releasing opens the revision window for employees. Do this once the anomalies alongside are resolved.

Every exception needs a type and, ideally, an end date. Nothing is permanent by default.

Write it for someone reading it in two years. “Special case” will not survive a question from a colleague counted for the same thing.

Request a revision

This does not change your clock record. It asks your supervisor to set aside the breach for a reason the clocking system could not see. To fix the record itself — a forgotten tap, a wrong time — use the daily correction in Talenta.
